Our Company
Barrister Title Services (“BTS”) was incorporated in Indiana in 1997. BTS is owned and operated by the attorney partners of the law firm Nelson & Frankeberger. BTS is located onsite at Nelson & Frankenberger. Our building is located off of Pennsylvania Street, between College Drive and Congressional Boulevard.

Our team of experts can assist our clients with the full spectrum of residential purchase and refinance closing transactions, including real estate owned properties (REOs), throughout the state of Indiana. We excel in working with all parties to resolve any issues and problems that can delay a closing transaction. We will handle your transaction with efficiency and professionalism, and we are readily accessible. The availability of attorneys from Nelson & Frankenberger enables us to quickly resolve any challenges that may arise in the closing and settlement process, providing you peace of mind and the expertise you need.

Gary Myers Vice President of Business DevelopmentGary Myers is our Vice President of Business Development. He has been involved with all aspects of Real Estate, including mortgages, title, and sales. Gary Specializes in customer care and has vast experience that allows him to help with all customer needs and is qualified to handle those needs in a unique way. Gary’s strength is helping companies grow and reach their potential to assist families with the biggest transaction of their lives. Gary is married to his wonderful wife of 22 years Jennifer and has 3 children Anita, Kaylee, and Kolton.

Kim Riley Manager
Kim Riley, Manager of Barrister Title Services and paralegal. She received her paralegal certificate from Indiana University in 1987. Kim has been with Nelson & Frankenberger, PC since 1987 and has worked in closings and title since 1990.

Larry Kemper Attorney
Larry Kemper, attorney, received a law degree from Indiana University and was admitted to the bar in 1994. Larry practices law in foreclosure, bankruptcy, zoning, title insurance defense, corporate and contract.
